THE IMPACT OF WORKLOAD, WORK SHIFTS, PREVENTIVE DISCIPLINE, AND WORK ATTITUDE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. SINAR JAYA MEGAH LANGGENG UTAMA, BREBES REGENCY

Abstract

The employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng Utama in Brebes Regency have established objectives. Based on the aforementioned background of the problem, the researcher observes that PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng Utama is experiencing issues regarding workload, work shifts, preventive discipline, and work attitude, which consequently impact employee performance. This study employs a quantitative approach. to evaluate the variables within the organizational framework of PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng Utama in Brebes Regency. The research utilizes a saturated sampling (census) technique, encompassing the entire population of 45 employees to ensure exhaustive data representation. Primary data were gathered through a combination of structured questionnaires and interviews, and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS Version 2.
