THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION, WORKLOAD, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT PT CIPTA RASA TUNGGAL KECAP CAP TOMAT LOMBOK IN PENUSUPAN VILLAGE TEGAL REGENCY

Abstract

This study ains to: 1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Cipta Rasa Tunggal Cap Tomat Lombok in Penususpan Village, Tegal Regency. 2) determine the effect of workload on employee performance at PT Cipta Rasa Tunggal Cap Tomat Lombok in Penusupan Village, Tegal Regency. 3) determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Rasa Tunggal Cap Tomat Lombok in Penusupan Village, Tegal Regency. 4) determine the simultaneous effect of work motivation, workload, and work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Rasa Tunggal Cap Tomat Lombok in Penusupan Village, Tegal Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method. The population and sample are 39 employees. Sampling was taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The conclusions of this study: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value (t=4.952, and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05). 2) Workload has no significant
effect on performance (t=-3.206, and a significance level of 0.003<0.05). 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect (t=3.748, and a significance level of 0.001<0.05). 4) Work motivation, workload, and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000<0.05.
