THE EFFECT OF SELF-EFFICACY, WORK DISCIPLINE AND SERVICE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE SUMURPANGGANG HEALTH CENTER IN TEGAL CITY
Abstract
The population of this study consisted of 64 employees, with saturated sampling applied so that all employees served as respondents. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.032 < 0.05), work discipline also significantly affects employee performance (sig. 0.014 < 0.05), while service has no significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.248 > 0.05). Furthermore, the simultaneous test indicates that self-efficacy, work discipline, and service collectively have a significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). In conclusion, self-efficacy and work discipline individually and jointly influence employee performance, whereas service does not, at the Sumurpanggang Health Center in Tegal City.
