INFLUENCE CAREER DEVELOPMENT, REWARD AND INCENTIVE FACEJOB SATISFACTI ON EMPLOYEES PT.HALTI MANUFACTURE SENTOSA TEGAL

Abstract

This study employed a quantitative research approach using a Likert scale. The population consisted of 36 employees of PT Halt Manufaktur Sentosa Tegal, with saturated sampling applied so that all employees were included as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Successive Interval Method (MSI), validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results indicate that career development has a significant effect on employee satisfaction (sig. 0.004 < 0.05), rewards have a significant effect on employee satisfaction (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and incentives have a significant effect on employee satisfaction (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, career development, rewards, and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT Halt Manufaktur Sentosa Tegal.
